Fluxes

We offer a wide range of fluxes depending on the type of process and weld plate, which vary from assets or neutral fluxes. With the combination of our fluxing /electrodes, you can maintain the chemical consistency of weld deposit metal, highlighting its stability arc, leaving a good cord appearance, uniformly and without impurities with easy slag removal, with excellent mechanical properties including impact tests at low temperature.

We manufacture different types of fluxes materials including those used for carbon steel and stainless steel, in the presentation that you require (55 lbs. sack., 110 lbs.., Etc.) appropriate for your needs. Our fluxes are certified by recognized laboratories and are within the AWS 5.17 standard.

Agglomerated flux basicity 2.7, suitable for AC and DC welding with a single wire. Recommended for welding stainless steels including austenitic 300 series austenitic-ferritic alloys and unions disc miles duplex steels.

It is recommended for hard coatings, does not compensate Cr, Cb or Mo. It has the ability to wire transfer the deposit Ni and Mo and Cr loses only 0.5%. It has excellent detachment of scale providing a uniform and smooth cord.

Agglomerated flux basicity 0.85, suitable for welding applications of single or multiple wires. It is regarded as general purpose flux for welding carbon steel plates up to 1 "thick, where the cord profile is important. For forward speeds no greater than 50 in / min.
